Im 31 weeks also and have been getting a lot of pressure and tightening in my lower belly which the doctor said mine are braxton hicks though
U should call ur Dr...ur baby could be dropping more into ur pelvis which is normal but a little early. Ur Dr should check the baby and check to see if ur dilated.
