Dark leafy greens, lean red meats, increasing your vitamin c a bit, also ask your doctor about a suppliment. They are gross and leave a metallic taste but could help.

If you like mint, chlorophyll is something easy. Just add it to your water. It tastes really good and it's not more pills to take.

Your doctor should have prescribed an iron supplement along with the prenatal vitamins. Make sure to take them, they can cause constipation so a stool softener is recommend to take with it. My prenatals have stool softener already in them. If they upset your stomach take them at bedtime, that works great for me. Other than that you'd need to eat more red meat, nuts, leafy greens, oatmeal, and raisins are high in iron.

Iron supplements although they are upsetting to the belly and cause constipation

Red meat, green leafy vegetables, legumes. Also avoid milk with your meals as calcium inhibits iron absorption
