NO APPETITE

Please help me ladies, I'm 11 weeks and I'm not hungry, no cravings. I have no appetite, I have major indigestion and bloating. I'm taking prenatal and drinking liquids but I'm concerned that I'm not giving the baby enough nutrients. What do I do?

Also don't have much of an appetite. My Dr said that I should just listen to my body as it will know when and what I need to eat.
Just remember to take your vitamins.

Indigestion here too. I noticed its most awful after eating greasy foods. Also terrible after acidic fruits and marinara sauce. Sticking with blander foods and much smaller meals (snacks throughout the day) have helped me out some. Getting more fiber helped me get "regular" too, which decreased my bloating a bit. Maybe those things would help you too or at least make you comfortable enough to want to try eating more? Good luck!

Same thing happened to me then out of no where I started craving food...now all I do is wish I could keep 1 thing down all I eat are green apples with salt I still throw up but it's not as nasty as throwing up all kinds of foods..I can't wait for my ALL DAY ALL NIGHT SICKNESS to go away...but sounds like u are just fine every week I feel a big difference in mood, cravings, nausea, emotions etc..

Your just right. By the time comes for your body to be in need of more calories, you'll be in your third trimester. Cravings can sometimes be a sign of what the body needs. If your not craving any foods, and your dr. hasn't talked to you about your diet, chances are its just perfect. (Just take your pre-natal vitamins) AND EAT SELFISH GOOD FOOD! Be good to yourself... and your baby, ALWAYS!
