NO SALT :-(

So yesterday I went to my doc app. Im currently 33 weeks will be 34 weeks on thursday and the swelling on my feets ans ankles has gotten worse I cant fit in to my shoes/socks its just soooo uncomfortable .. I cant stay on my feets for long ... And my doc was very upset she said I wasnt doind what she had told me the last time she saw me she said im not drinking enough water... Now she told me to not eat ANYTHING WITH SALT ... CANT HAVE SALT AT ALL ... So Idk what Am I soppous to eat ? Any advice on what to eat ? Im trying to drink more water even if im not thursty... Someone please help .. (btw im also having to do the 24 hour urine test and I also haf blood work done because of the severe swelling) ..

Use Ms. Dash seasonings. They are good and doesn't have salt.

Thank you ladies ... Its going to be really hard .. I use salt on mostly everything

Ya I would bake fish/veggies and not add seasoning.  Sorry I am having the opposite problem.  My sodium is really low in my blood and we cant figure out why...

Chicken without the skin, veggies, fruits,  peas, beans, eggs, milk, fat free or low fat yogurt, fish,  rice, oatmeal.
