34 and 5 and everything makes me nausea and I often bring up whatever I eat or drink as if I'm right back at the beginning of this loooooooooooonnnnnnnnngggggggggggggg journey smh :(. Anybody else going through this? If so how are you dealing with it?

If you aren't already switch to bland foods. No seasoning, chicken works well,  try rice, healthy breads, bananas and applesauce and drink room temp drinks or at least not very cold drinks. But make sure you are eating small amounts all the time your baby is probably pushing on your stomach in a way that is not allowing you to keep much down. Good luck.
