Natural birth with no iv meds

My birthing plan is to do it all natural with no epidural or iv medicines and wanting to do a water birth.I know anything can change and its just a plan but i would like to hear some stories and get any advice or tips of moms who went through with a natural birth
I know everyone is different, have different pain tolerances and all that. Just curious. And to any moms out there who wanted to do natural but changed their mind, if there's anything you could have done differently that would have helped you
Just trying to get all the advise and tips I can, I'm 30 weeks and starting to get a little nervous.

I would also like as natural of a birth as possible.  I was recommended the bradley method of childbirth classes.  They give you techniques on how to control your pain and focus it.  They also are great for your birthing coach whomever it may be, they will educate them on how is best to relax you, not just asking if your ok lol.  Anyways, in the long run you will have a healthy baby, no matter how they get here!!!!!  Good luck mama!!!!

Also with baby #3 i did iv meds only n like that way also. Only downside for me i was extremely tired afterwards n slept for a very long time. Did epidural with #1 n still have sharp pain from time to time n sometimes really bad pain so i would not recommend the epidural.

Well i went natural with #2 n it was not that bad as i planned on it being. I didnt do water just in the hospital n they let me walk, n get into different position. I had my MP3 n it help a whole lot. Also had a vibrating massager so after 13 hrs she came. It didnt get worse untilmy water was broken but Lucky she came 1 hr after that. Call and check to see that your hospital dose water birthing. I wanted to with my last but my hospital dose not do it.  I used fenamin with my deliveries it has way less impact on baby then other drugs. So if it gets too much to bair its a good back up plan. With my last other then being on the drip as I was induced it was a natural delivery.  I used a hot shower head on my lower baxk and stumack. And just focused on breathing it out  good luck hun.
