Nature Made Gummys

So here is the thing,  my last pregnancy my body rejected prenatal vitamins made me extremely uncomfortable and sick like no ends so this time, I got nature made multivitamin gummys  has alot of what the other did have,  along with a calcium,  magnesium and zinc pill.

This doesn't hurt the baby to have these does it? I been taking these gummys since before conception for health, they work better for my stomach,  but are they safe,?  I am 8 1/2 weeks pregnant.

Maybe you should take the prenatal right before bed, or ask your ob to write you a prescription for a diff kind of prenatal vitamin! I had no idea there were diff kinds until my ob asked me which one I'd prefer...

I can't tell you if those are safe our not, but if you aren't taking the prenatal vitamin, make sure you are taking folic acid
