My due date is May 15. My nausea is horrible today I didn't go to work cause of it.  I started to take phenergan now it helps but makes me sleepy. But I would love to find something natural that will work. Where do they sell the pregger poops?

You should talk to your doctor before taking vitamin b6. Recommend dose is 10mg per day and they amount needed to help nausea is significant higher. 25mg TDS.

Keep something light in your stomach at alp tikes even if you onoe you're going t o throw up. Stay hydrated even if its little sips frequently. Applensauce ,bananas, and protein like eggs ,chicken it simple pb crackers can help. Peppermint or ginger tea, peppetmint ir ginger essential oils or gum. Hard candy like suckers or peppermints . there are also preggie pop drops. Vitaminb6 can help between the zofran. Unfortunately there is no magic cure...gotta tough itnout and try what may work best for you. I was nauseated with my first from week 6-14but watermelon and crackers and b6 worked like a charm and I have nly ouoed once after horrible Mexican food lol. This time I'm currently 6weeks and 5 days and I'm miserable! I vomit ALL the time...but itnis what it is....our precious babies are worth it in the end :) good luck hun!

I was struggling to keep anything down. Nauseous morning noon and night, it was horrific. I was prescribed stemitil 5mg TDS and Cariban 10mg/10mg TDS. It hasn't got rid of the nausea completely but it's a hell of a lot better. Good luck.
