Nausea and Fatigue...it's making me depressed

I haven't felt myself in weeks. I'm 7wks and 2days today, I'm constantly tired and the throwing up/ nausea is depressing. What do you ladies do to get through it? I'm happy to be pregnant but I can't wait for this to be over.

My physician gave me Diclegis to help with nausea and vvomiting. I love it because I take it right before bed and it works all day! :)) before my physician gave me the Diclegis I was snacking on salt and vinegar chips and peppermint cabdies.i hope the nausea and vomiting clears up a little for you.

Thank you everyone. I'm just hanging on the hope that it will pass soon. My symptoms started at 6 weeks too, like clockwork. I have a work shift coming up soon and I'm really nervous about it. I work 12 hour shifts. I can barely do anything at home with getting tired:/

Hi, im just a few days ahead, and i feel the same, im so excited to be pregnant but the vomiting and nausea...not to mention the tiredness and feeling completly pathetic, is horrible !  Things that are sorta working are, sleep and naps, and snacking...dont let yourself get hungry. Plain food is all i can eat, cracker, bread, potatoes.  Hopefully things get better in a few weeks.  :)

I'm 8 weeks 2 days and I has really bad nausea but no vomiting, I ended up going to the drs because it was so bad a could barely eat and move from the couch, I have two other children so laying around wasn't really an option for me, the medication has done wonders, I still can't eat large quantities at once but am definitly eating more than I was.

I'm 11 weeks and had bad nausea from about 6 weeks until 10 weeks. It gets better I promise. This is my fourth pregnancy. You start to feel good in the second trimester and even get more energy!

I had to go to the ER last weekend because of the throwing up and they prescribe me Zofran. I've been lucky enough to be able to rest a lot but like you said its easier said than done. I just feel like this is never ending. Ugh!!! I've heard it gets better in the second trimester as well. We can only hope!

I'm just a few days farther along than you and am going through the same thing! My Dr told me to reduce stress and that may help get more sleep and help with the nausea. He also gave me zofran today because the nausea has been so bad I've barely eaten in several days. I'd call your Dr and see if there is anything they can do to help with the nausea/vomiting and then try to get as much quality sleep as possible (easier said than done!) Good luck to you! I hear it gets better in the 2nd trimester...I hope it gets here soon!!
