Nausea getting me down!

This is my second pregnancy and im only 7 weeks and the nausea hit me last week its so bad the doctors gave me zofran but its only marginally working. I still feel horrible and generally exhausted. I didnt experience any of this with my first child. If anyone knows of any remedies for relief please let me know. Im to the point of depression over this feeling. Coping with feeling like you are constantly fighting an invisible illness is terrible.

I'm taking zofran 3 times a day. It keeps me from throwing up but it doesn't help the nausea really. I feel like my life has stopped I only want to lay on the couch and cry.I have tried every food and nothing seems to help I have constant burping that is so annoying. Ugh

Oh geez.. I know this all too well.. 3 pregnancies and the first trimester is always the toughest.. I puked all the time, even lost weight.. But the things that kept me going is anything cold. Like slurpees or snow cones.. Also if you start to feel sick chew on some minty bubble gum.. I hope this helps a bit..

I know just how it feels...i had terrible nausea and vomiting during first tri too...it will get better by the time u approach 2nd tri...just hold on, i know its very hard just to do that but we have to be strong! Try the Morning Wellness tea, or just plain ginger tea in the morning will help ease the nausea and gas...if u have ginger root, u can squish it, then boil in water then filter and drink every morning...my aunt taught me that...
