Nausea

What can I do for nausea at 6 weeks? I've been trying to continue snacking on crackers and fruits but once the feeling gets to bad I don't want to eat anything bc I know I'm about to be sick

My doctor starts everyone with b6 (you can't get it OTC) every 6 hours, if that doesn't work add 1/2 tab unisom with it every 6 hours... If that doesn't work ask for Zofran- that's all that's helped me- heck I'm 20 weeks and still having to take it so good luck!

I bought sea bands which in combination with ******* pops before I eat helps my appetite and slightly less nauseous.

Real ginger. Crystallized is good. Also they make morning sickness tea (it has ginger in it too) I use earth mama angel baby organic morning wellness tea. Their heartburn tea is also good. You can also drink ginger beer made with real ginger. Its very strong though and about $2 per 6oz bottle. I loved it for a while though.

Get extra sleep. Being super tired makes it worse.
