Ginger tea, vitamin b6,some lemon in water might help..eat several small meals rather than 3 big meals a day..if you cant manage that try some dry crackers and make sure you drink loads of water..if it gets severe go see your doctor as you can get dehydrated and might to be put on a drip..good luck i hope it passes soon

Try peppermint... I'm 8w4d and they have been helping me.  Also, a friend of mine recommended ******* Pop Drops.  They are a natural morning sickness relief in the form of hard candy.  Supposedly they work really well, butthey have been sold out every time I look for them in store.  I've seen them on Amazon too.

Why on Earth would they put a bunch of stars for the name of a product?  OK, I'll spell it out. ************* Pop Drops.  Lol

Holy crap.... I'm at a loss.  This message board is smarter than me apparently. It's a word that is short for pregnant.  Starts with a P and ends with an eggie.  (Are they going to censor that?)

No, didn't censor it, but my autocorrect did.  Reggie, not eggie. Hopefully this is my last comment.
