Nauseousness

Hi Ladies!
I'm 6 wks pregnant and the nauseousness has already started. Any tips on how to   make it go away? I'm taking prenatal vitamins and they don't seem to make me sick,.it just comes out of nowhere.
Thanks

Peanut butter on toast was my saviour. I think it entirely depends on your tastes at the time, keep eating little meals and have plenty of snacks. I ate a lot of ginger biscuits and now I can't even stand to look at them. Mine didn't go away until 12/14 weeks so hold on in there.

One of the things my sister recommended for me was peppermint candies. Really helped! They also have candies called preggie pops that are sour flavored candies. Good luck!

You can try lemons, fizzy soda, crackers. Don't let your stomach get empty. Eat small meals throughout the day. Unfortunately, it's just a part of it. It lasted about 5 weeks for me. You just have to tough it out. Good luck!!
