Navel Pain/Sensitivity
30 weeks, I don't remember 8 years ago, if I had this same pain, but ugh! My navel is so sore and hurts with just the slightest touch. Anyone else? I read thatIits due to the stretching, meh, understandable, but geeze! Any remedies, or suggestions for finding comfort?
Thanks! The crazy part is I hate having my navel touched, let alone touching myself..lol I know, weird. I go see my mark cuban-look alike MD tomorrow...ill see what he says....im pushing it in though!
My dr told me it's a hernia. He said lay on back and stick finger in belly button for like 5mins with slight pressure and it can reverse it. Do it every day. It helped me
