Need advice ASAP!

I'm a first time mom and don't really know what to expect for this journey lol but sometimes I have a hard time sleeping at night or wake up middle of the night because my baby kicks and moves around a lot inside of me and I'm sleepy but can't seem to rest... Does anyone have any advice for me?

I'm 17 weeks with my second baby and I haven't felt it move yet so I'm not where you are just yet. But my last pregnancy when the baby started to move and keep me up, I would just rub my tummy. I slept with a body pillow which helped a lot wit supporting my legs and back, but the belly rubbing did help a lot some nights. It would calm my daughter so I could sleep. I hope this helps. Good luck.

If you have a recliner try sleeping in it!  I'm on my third pregnancy and honestly my recliner is my best friend by the time I'm 30 + weeks. Or you can also use pillows to prop you up if you don't have a recliner. I'm only 7weeks so still a few until those uncomfortable days. But seriously my recliner is my precious possession before and after pregnancy helps to feed the baby at nigh and you stay comfortable. I'm sure you're exhausted so I hope this helps. Good luck !!
