My bf does but he is currently registered as a felon even though he wasnt convicted but he has to be registered as part of his probation . Florida is like the worst place to commit a crime even if you didnt really commit it -.-

I know we can get a trailer no problem thats just not what i really wanna do but if worse comes to worse we will do that til hes off probation because then he wont be considered a felon anymore it his record gets wiped cuz he was never convicted . The baby may not even be born yet hopefully and if he is ill definitely be outta the trailer before he can remember ever being there .

Yea in order to have no jail time  mine had to plead guilty for armed robbery.. It ***** I hated Florida cause it's so hard down there, everything is so simple here

Hmm so then ill just lie at first and see how that goes . His felonies are attempt to burglarize an unoccupied structure . They stuck that same charge to him 6 times on the same case and he wasnt convicted of the charges . But he was put on probation .

My fiancĂ© was a felon and we also lived  in florida and that was our only income we couldn't find anywhere to live for months I just found out I was expecting at the time and every time someone would turn us down id just hang up the phone and cry.. Finally we gave up on telling them straight forward  he was a felon and lied and got accepted.. Im not kidding when I said we searched non stop for months even different counties. But it also depends on the felony. If his aren't as seriousas his then idk. But we got lucky and they took our word for it. Another one of our friends that lived up there that most of the time when they do background checks it's just rental history and things like that and he was a felon and got accepted.  So some places say there gonna run a background for criminal but they might also just take ur Word for it. But in the end the whole process was so difficult we ended up moving to Alabama..
