Thanks for your advise; will surely add pineapple and the yam to my diet. hopefully it will do the trick, since i have missed it this time.
Let me tell you what worked for me. i had several iui attempts, 7 i think? all with clomid. i got really frustrate after the 5th fail so i did alot of research. before the 6th attempt we had only been doing one insemination per cycle which had clearly not been working so for the next cycle we did two iuis, one on the day they would normally have you come in and one on the next day. i had also read that raw walnuts yams (not sweet potatos, there is a difference) and pineapple core help aid in implantation. it said that for the five days following the procedure to eat a portion of each. i divided the pineapple core into five peices and made smoothies out of one piece a day with some of the actual fruit some walnuts and yogurt. then i just mashed the yams, i got 2, andate them over the five days. presto i was pregnant. saddly that one ended in miscarrage, but with my next cycle i did the exact same thing and i now have a 15 week old. try googling pineapple core and implantation as i don't really remember why it helps because it has been over a year. but i swear this all made all the difference! Good luck!
