Need help on what to take/do.

Since DH and I are ttc #3, I want to get on track to being healthy. My main and really bad habit is drinking mtn dews. I went the whole month of August without them but caved back into it because of caffeine headaches. So I know step one I need to try to limit how much caffeine I'm taking in. Is there anything I can add to water that actually TASTES good. I've tried some fruit punch by MIO and it's "ok" but I wouldn't continually drink it. I need something I can switch around to.

I know I should probably be taking some kind of vitamins, is there any certain kind I should try taking? While pregnant with both boys I took Flintstones gummies vitamins. Everything else made me sick WHILE pregnant. Would those be okay? What did you take? I know this will sound very odd, but I have a suspicion that I'm pregnant. I don't know how but I just feel like I am. And I'm not even having pregnancy symptoms. Strange huh? I know, women tend to put things in their heads but I don't know why I'm feeling like this. I wonder if women can just KNOW but not know at the same time. Idk. I should be able to start testing by the middle of next week.

I don't think I've ever tasted Crystal Light. I see it everywhere I go.

Oh and as for vitamins they now make prenatal gummies that you might be able to keep down better than traditional prenatals. I would first make sure you're pregnant before buying the prenatals though since OTC prenatals aren't super high but they are still more costly than normal vitamins. Also if you have ins you it may pay for prenatals if you get a prescription.

Tea is actually very good for you. It's full of antioxidants and its caffeine level is very low compared to pop and coffee. As long as you don'tadd loads of sugar a glass a day won't hurt you or your baby. And I'm not saying this bc I like tea and want to drink it. I actually hate the taste of tea lol but if you like it it can be a healthy alternative. :-)

I'm just hoping to find a lot of things to alternate between because I really want to get off so much mtn dew. I 99% quit drinking tea, with the exception of when we go out to eat. If only I could just give up mtn dew like that! Hmm, maybe koolaid would be good, too. They have some that already has the sugar in it and it's not very sweet at all.

It gets old too, but just start a cycle of things and you will get through it.  :)

Cascade Ice is a fizzy flavored water. I got bored of the MIO type adding as well. I watered down tea for awhile so much so that it was barely tinted as tea. Gave me a tiny amount of caffeine and a chance of pace that allowed me to keep up on my water better. I also did a LOT of lemonade flavored water (Dasani's flavoring).
