Go to the website. Www.medhelp.org that's the only place where you will be able to put a picture or update your profile. You can do it from your phone . don't go through the app
I tried that. It pulled up my profile but i couldnt update anything. Thanks though!

Click on your name right here from this post and options will come up. That's how I do it.
