I am almost 23 weeks pregnant with my 2nd child which is gonna be a baby boy :) Lately i have absolutely no energy and I am always so sore..and where i work I have to be on my feet 8-10 hours which I struggle to get through..work in a really busy deli and dont really get a break..anyone have any advice on what I naturally can do to give myself some energy and not be so sore..obviously I wanna stay away from caffiene and all them energy things..any helpful advice would be appreciated :)
