Im 7 weeks 3 days and im exactly the same can only stomach milk but now even thats a struggle so ive phoned docs, im a cleaner so bending down and other peoples smells are awful im hopin doc signs me off for abit as work is where i most sick :(
Im sick like that too... I've been eating vanilla ice cream and pho.. oh and I can only keep down water and cranberry juice... just eat what u can, and take ur vitamins mama..
I am 9 weeks and 3 days and the past 3 weeks have been extremely rough because of the nausea. I have been in the ER twice to replace fluids and my diet has been water, crackers, and fruit popsicles. Zofran is amazing and will definitely help but keep crackers by your bed, in the car and in your purse and just take it easy and it will get better! Just because your young doesn't give anybody the right to bully you! This app is great for questions and support no matter the age! Feel better soon!

I eat baby crackers first thing as i wake up, i keep them next to my bed with a bottle of water.
In my case.. i have some spare pounds.. so its not a big drama if i dont eat enough.
the baby will always take what it needs first, and whats left is for you to function on.
what you could try though..
if you like strawberries, ground then up and put them in an icepop shape.. just freeze them.
it'll give you an icepop with vitamins. . Still better then not getting anything in you..and can be easier on you too.
just try to eat what you can, even if its just soup (bouillon) or yoghurt.
Eating during pregnancy is very important, just be careful what u eat, a lot of the things u ate before will rub u wrong now lol, avoid spicy and strongly flavored foods. I struggled with nausea as well..stay close to a toilet, no joke ;) and eat light nutritious foods in small quantities throughout the day, fruits, cooked veggies. Stay very hydrated, lots a sipping water all day. When nausea is that bad..you need to tell ur dr, they will prescribe you a medicine like zofran that is safe during pregnancy, just make sure to avoid constipation when taking these, but it will get u through these rough days so you can continue to nourish yourself and baby, need 300 more calories/day during pregnancy. And while ur nauseous, take a prenatal in the evening same time every day, tht way ur less likely to throw it up
Try Popsicles and smoothies
My doc told me to eat what i could and try to get down the vitamins only thing i could stomach was red peppers so thats pretty much what i lived on for a few weeks.
Just eat whatever you can stomach hun! You hve to keep food in your stomach for you and baby! Ask all the questions you want, thts why we're here!!! ;)
I was the same way for the first two months! All i ate was fruit and chicken salads with water. Now im eating a bit more but i get full really fast and feel gross afterwards.
Cold and frozen fruits were my best friends early on.. and as far as being bullied.. dont ever let anyone tell you it's a stupid question.. The only stupid question is the one you don't ask.. my entire doctors office and the the advice nurses at the hospital are on a first name basis with me.. i flat out give them lists of questions..
the only fruit i can really stand is strawberries:/
