I'm 36+1, and don't remember when I had a solid sleep. I will sleep an hr or 2 here and there during the night, but be up for 2-3 hrs in between. I take naps during the day, and will take a nice long warm shower or bath at any time of day or night to try and relax my body. I use a lavender body wash or bath beads and it really helps!!!
Naps will be your best friend. Hot shower or baths may help as well
