Nose bleeding

Hi ladies today we turned 33week. I m having back pains and some sort of discomfort on my pelvic area.in the early hours of this morning a started having a headache and even nose bleeding. What could this mean?

Thanks ladies was worried there.  Its my 2nd bby and my other pregnancy(have a 3yrs old boy) I never experienced any of the things im experiencing with this one.(guess my princess want a grand arrival) lol thanks

Oh headaches are normal too  ;) drink a coffee or take a nap or something,  it'll go away :)

All 3 of your concerns are normal.  Lately I've been having multiple nose bleeds daily.  I live in so cal and it's getting dryer,  santa Ana winds , and allergy season.  All adds up to dry,  bloody nose. Back pain def normal at 33 wells,  and I've had pelvic discomfort since 28 weeks!

Nose bleeds r common in pregnancy when i was 33 weeks i had it for 2 days n with my first bb I've had it throughout that pregnancy its just part of pregnancy is all it doesn't really mean anything
