Yes and no to the genetics. Some things are genetic but how you carry and weight gain, to my knowledge, aren't. In fact, I was told that has as much to do with your partner as it does with you. My mom gained 55#s with me. I only gained 23#s with my daughter and at 33 weeks this time have only gained 3#s because I was sick early on and lost 15#s. It depends, each pregnancy will be different. If you are eating healthy and maintaining your exercise routine as you did before then the extra weight can only be contributed to the pregnancy. Your doctor will help you if things start to get out of control in terms of weight gain. Unless you start eating horribly, I wouldn't worry about it and just enjoy your pregnancy. Don't let those numbers bother you. Focus on a healthy baby. Good luck.
Everyone in my family has gained a lot of weight pregnant. My sister gained 60+ with all three of her kids and my mom gained 83 with me. Could it be a genetic thing?
I have had no problems going to the bathroom. I still exercise normally and I have changed nothing about my diet other than cutting out caffeine.
This is my third and i have lost weight with each during my first trimester. Everyone is different. Plus, first trimester usually brings constipation. Have you been going regularly?
That's sounds like me with getting pregnant after being married so soon . I got married last June 28 and found out I was pregnant in July 26. .
Also with bloat it will go down and the weight from it will too
You should according to this app and some docs only agine like 3-5 lb in the whole first trimester. Mostpeople don't bother useing that part of this app because everyone is different and there's no reason to have to see a negative thing when you look here.
