This is my first pregnancy and it really *****. Numb fingers all day, shooting pain, tingling. The wrist braces are the only way I'm able to sleep at night. I wear them some during the day when it gets bad and it helps then too.

I had that really bad with my first pregnancy. Try to ice your hands when possible. Wear a wrist brace, try BioFreeze, elevate your hands when you sleep.
Nothing really makes it go away, but you might get a little relief. Giving birth is the only solution.
Sorry momma. Good luck.
