Natural stimulant that softens the cervix. I actually drank raspberry tea at the end of all 3 of my previous pregnancies for that very reason. But it's typically safe to drink throughout pregnancy except during your first trimester
Not sure y they wud say no.....Ive taken them & drank the tea wiv all 3 of my pregnancys from 34wks...
