Not eating

I am 14 weeks pregnant and I don't want to eat. I am not vomiting or anything just don't like any food and the thought of eating is like a hassle. I only eat because I know I have too but that is getting harder to do. Mom's please help.

Im 16 weeks and I feel like I am worse with this than I have been. I hope this works out better for you. Just try to remember you are eating for you baby too and even if you eat a little bit and more frequently and see how that works for you

I experienced the same thing. Basically....eat because you know you need to until your desire to eat comes back.

I was the same! Off almost everything! Keep up your vitamins and I found fruit and plain old steam veg quite easy to deal with. I was struggling with meat big time. It won't last but I was like that probably until about 23 weeks or so. Good luck!

You must eat, for the baby. Try eating small means. If not nothing eat yogurt
