Make sure you are getting plenty of protein. I know we all crave carbs, but protein will help boost your energy throughout the day. I am 28 with my forth on the way. Hopefully everyone feels better soon. Another thing to consider is spending more time outside, as the seasons change we need to work harder to get in our vitamin D.
Thank you! I don't see either dr until October 10th so I will give them a call today.
I'm also 31, 20 weeks, ftm. I guess feeling sicky is what pregnancy is all about, at least that has been my experience. And I just pray for strenght.
Im 30 with my 4th and im 32 weeks, I felt the same way and still do sometimes.I find myself not even wanting to get outta the bed and sleeping all day some days. When I talked to my Dr. About it they did some blood work and said everything was normal but I would definitely talk to them about it if I were you
The only thing I can suggest is bring it up to your doctor. If you don't see doctor soon, give them a call and explain how you feel.
