Nothing but pain :( please HELP!

the joints in my hip where my legs connect to my hip are killing me
I can't get out of bed without being in tremendous pain
I can't lay down without an enormous amount of pain
And I can't stand up without suffering
I'm 36 weeks, about to be 37 weeks in less than a week, is this normal ??? How can I get the pain to go away or at least ease up a bit? Please tell me I'm not the only one :///

My OB told me that Yoga and stretching helps with the pain. Check youtube to find some yoga videos.

I'm having hips pain since a week and I'm 25 weeks. I found that some really basic or adapted yoga moves give me tremendous relief. Just check youtube for pregnante yoga for beginners! It takes me 15 min a day and there is certain postures that i do at work to get instant relief.

That pain will go away but til u have the baby. Which luckily u r not to far away. I've been having that pain since 24 weeks .. I learned to just suck it up since there is nothing we can do.

Right there with ya!!! Not much you can do at this point but grin and bare it. :/ I heard physical therapy can help but I honestly had no time for that with 2 other kids. The hip pain is so severe I can barely sleep.  Countdown is on, though! Stay strong!
