Nutrition during pregnancy

I am 15 weeks and I really can't stand fruits or veggies right now. All I can keep down is bread and carbs sometimes some meat and craving milk. Will my baby be ok? I am taking pre-natal vitamins.

Maybe try some fruit popsicles, but really look at the ingredients or make your own. Try not to get any with high fructose corn syrup! Protein shakes have been good for me, so that's a good suggestion. My hubby had a chocolate whey protein he didn't like so I took over it.
I know how your feeling. Nothing sounds good to eat at all and the only thing I can eat with out feeling sick afterwards is Mexican food (& I don't normally eat anything with meat at Mexican restaurants).

Could you try protein shakes or smoothies? Or dried fruits and veggies? I can't stand Bananas but put one in my protein shake every morning!

Your cravings could change.. it's good to eat a variety of foods, whatever you are craving is probably what your body needs.
