OJ and Milk Mix

Hello Ladies.
Last night I had the 100% Orange Juice and Whole Milk Mix and I decided to come to tell you how was that for me.
I had it at 8:15 pm and kept myself active for about 2 hours when I strt to feel the cramps, mild contraction that started on my back, back pain and diarrhea. I could sleep good but woke up 3 times for bathroom and the fake contractions and pressure down my belly stiil there.
This morning I woke up at 8:30 am with an horrible leg cramp and my entire body hurting. My head was about to explode and I couldn't barely walk for the first hour because my pelvic bones was in so much pain.
Right now I still feeling the pressure down there, the  pelvic pain and all the bones around that area.

I had a doc appointment last monday and she said I was 0cm dilated and 50% effaced.
Today I have one more app and the midwife check my cervix and I am 1cm dilated and 80% effaced.
I cannot say 100% sure the drink caused this bit i can say my body is a different one since last night.
My body is working and my labor is getting closer and closer.

I'll be trying the drink tonight again and keep you guys posted.

XOXO

Mimilove3 it helps induce the labor naturally, of course if your body and baby are ready.

I guess 1% is not as good as whole milk. You should take 1 cup a day. Half juice and half milk.
