28 weeks

I am 28 weeks and  today my ankles have swollen very  bad  I now have pains in my legs and lower back pain

My legs feet and ankles are always swollen. And I get leg cramps. If you keep them elevated, it should go away. If you're concerned just ask your ob about it.

If its sudden swelling that doesn't go away after some water and elevating them then you need to go in. That's a sign of preeclampsia, but you could of just over done it too. Just rest and see what happens.
