Old wives tale?

So ladies! This is my second successful pregnancy. I'm 30 weeks. With my first I had severe heartburn. He came out with beautiful, black, fluffy hair. I thought I'd managed to get away with it this time, but it started a week ago & hasn't subsided! My mum said to me that heartburn is a sign of lots of hair. Anyone share their experiences? :) thanks xx

I had horrible heartburn with my first two kids and my first baby had very little hair and my daughter was practically bald so in my case it was wrong with both kids. This pregnancy I don't have it all the time but I do get it sometimes. I guess we'll see if he has hair or not

The full moon and labor isn't a wives tale. Their are changes in the tides with a full moon which can cause labor for example it can cause your water to break. Same thing with storms due to the change in barometric pressure. The heartburn and hair is however a wives tale. (L&D RN)

It's a myth. With my first pregnancy I had lots of heartburn and my son barely had any hair at all.

I didn't have heart burn with my first, but my little girl is due March 17th and I get acid reflux a lot. So idk if its true, but we sure will find out.
