I was on bed rest w/my second (was in a car accident, someone tboned me) it was very hard, so difficult to not be able to do even the little things, so I just reminded myself that in the long run it really was a small sacrifice to endure for the beautiful little life that was growing and we would soon see. The real irony is that as much as I wanted to get up and do stuff, see people, be useful etc. after.baby I was begging for just one day on the couch in the quiet with a good book or the remote;)

Me too.  Finishing up week 5, undetermined weeks to go. I've watched everything that's on Netflix.  Then I didn't even turn the TV on for 3 days..couldn't even take anymore TV!! Ice read 3 books on kindle, been on here a lot, trolled mindless websites all night, and done activity books that my friend dropped off.  And to my surprise taken up having more sex! (The baby is fine...I have broken leg ad ankle- so bed rest is from that)

I have never been on bed rest at home, but I have to imagine its better than being stuck in the hospital on bed rest as I was with my first.  Good luck, ladies.  I hope you can find some good books, movies, tv series, etc.  If no one has read The Hunger Games, I highly recommend it.

I was put on strict bedrest (bathroom only) at 16 weeks. This has been the most stressful and boring 3 weeks I've ever had to go through. I will be on bedrest until I deliver. Hope everyone's time flies by!
