If you feel comfortable wearing them without falling go for it. Just be careful!
I can't give you any medical advice to back this up, but from personal experience, they're okay. I'm 37 weeks today and I've worn them my entire pregnancy. That being said, I wore them all the time before pregnancy so I was used to them. Also, I wore them enough that when I began to get my belly, the extra weight and the change in my equilibrium didn't throw me off (like it probably would have if I'dstopped and started again). Furthermore, I'm 5'4" and like really tall heels (5/6 inches) so that's what I wear - and I do fine in them. Like I said though, I'm used to them and this is in no way coming from anything medical. They just work for me.
I've worn high heels through out my entire pregnancy. The only thing I've done differently is alternate with flats and try to wear heels with thicker heels versus Stilettos simply because of the comfort and to avoid my feet from swelling so much
Thanks ladies! I haven't gained any weight im 9 weeks and I just want to wear them for church tomorrow morning not the whole day. Just wanted to make sure it was safe and there wasn't any possibilities of it causing problems.
