Out of breath!

I'm 25 weeks and noticed that I'm more out of breath. I go for walks every night and have been noticing it's getting harder to breathe as I get further along. Is this normal?

I am 29 weeks and noticed this week my breathing is more laboured.  My little guy has turned now and is head down so i am guessing that has something to do with it.  And yes it will get worse before it gets better! I remember with my first pregancy feeling like i was so out of shape all the time but it got better once she arrived!

You will be more out of breath bc us pregnant ppl are producing 20-50% more blood bc of the baby.

Most likely its from the uterus putting pressure on your diaphragm, which is normal part of pregnancy. Just remember to take things slower nowadays and sit with your shoulders pressing back and take in some good breaths from time to time.

I just turned 26 weeks today and last week my boyfriend, daughter and I went on a family walk and I was about to pass out from walking. I try to stay as active as much as I can and I never take elevators so I guess it comes with the territory.im not that tall and this extra 10 lbs I have put  on has made it harder on me
