Ovarian pain

I'm 18 weeks 5 days and I've been feeling a slight pain on my left side that in almost positive is ovarian pain. It's similar to menstral cramps. Last week I started feeling little flutters that I'm sure is the baby. Is it possible the baby is pushing against the ovary and that's where the pain is c

It is likely to be growth pain. But it can also be a uti. They're super common during pregnancy. I had one a few months ago and I didn't know it until it was in my kidney. So I would ask the dr to check for a uti. Hope you feel better.

I meant to add is that what the pain could be or should I be more concerned of possible fibroid cysts, etc?
