PLEASE HELP ME READ MY ULTRASOUND

Okay so I had an u/s and sonogram apt the other day because I have not gotten my cycle back yet. I wasn't told anything about my ultrasound reading except that my left ovary is bigger than my right ovary. I am wandering if I may be pregnant? please help . PHOTOS ARE IN MY PROFILE

I cannot see the photos, at the very beginning of this pregnancy they couldnt see a thing. In my summary one of ovary was bigger than the other, the urine test was positive and my HCG level was a lil high. I had to go back for HCG level 2 days later and thats when it was confirmed. Your question is a lil vague tho.... like did you get an urine test done? Was it positive? Did they do an HCG level on you? Otherwise you might not just be pregnant.

As above I doubt they wouldn't have told you if you were.

I would think they would tell you if you're pregnant or not...but from your pics I would guess no.
