I probably should clarify that I also use a brace during the day and I'm only 25 weeks.  The pillow/brace combo helped a lot with my son as well, but I think once you get so close nothing will fix it except birth.

Omg....I literally toss and turn all night from hip pain and if my sciatica wasn't kicking my "donkey" too, I'd literally ditch our bed to sleep in the chair and a half. Unfortunately,  there is no pillow that helps me anymore :-( ....come on 36 day countdown!!

I'm up now because of it :( I have a huge body pillow I wedge between my knees that helps most days.

There's a maternity pillow that goes between your legs and curls up under your neck.  It looks like a giant G. It has been amazing for back and hip pain. I know they carry them at Babies R Us and Burlington Coat Factory.

Yep!!! The worst thing is when you finally get in to a nice sleep then you get the pain. I've been getting so fed up!!! I'm more comfortable in my recliner chair.
