Pain due to gas in week 10

Hi all. My wife is preened and she is in her 10th week. She gets gas formation more and bec of that she gets pain sometimes in stomach sometimes in neck and because of that she get too week not able to tolerate the pain and we need to take to dr. Once dr gives her trip and pain killer she get perfectly alright and will be good for 3 day and then again this happens.  Dr checking bp heartbeat urine test all showing normal. If all things is good why this is happening.  Since this is first pregnancy she get too worried. Please advice is it normal or what to do

I take Zantac and it helps with passing of gas a lot. I was taking it for heart burn but I noticed it passed my painful gas as well.

Thats normal. As long as she can pass it like taking meds or eatting right shell be fine. It hurts at frist but it gets better. Im 37 weeks with me frist baby and taked to my doc. when i was having pains. I wish her the best!!!
