Pain killers
I was going to have natural birth with no pain killers but the more i think about it and thinking about the pain the more I'm thinking about having something, what's the best thing to have???
Epidural..... general passes to the baby and usually don't give complete pain relief... if you want to go natural I am sure you can do it though...
Determination and stubbornness is the best thing to have - that's what got me through med-free :-) it's hard, for sure, but it's totally doable. Just gotta believe in yourself and refuse to be afraid of the process - you are in control of your birth experience!
