really concerned

I should be about 5 weeks pregnant by my last period. Ive been spotting since i found out i was pregnant. I went to the er and my hcg levels were at a 227. When they did an ultrasound nothing at all was seen. My last pregnancy miscarried  due to an episcopal pregnancy . The dr said my blood work looked really good. I go for more Monday. Im taking extra precaution and staying home from work a couple of days.

That's an ectopic pregnancy.  Episcopal is a church.

I'm so sorry for your loss. After I miscarried my doc checked my levels til they were 0 and told me to to wait to try until I got another cycle. 6 weeks after my mc I was pregnant again. That time I had a healthy baby girl.

Ultrasounds are not really good until 7-8 weeks. Most times below 7 is too hard to see. If doctor says blood is fine try not to worry. Good luck!

I am 21 weeks pregnant but I didn't get my period for 3 weeks went to er and had pregnancy test but it was negative had a blood test and my blood test showed my hcg levels were low so Dr in er was concerned that it could be eptopic because pregnancy test negative but hcg levels low, they kept mein the hospital and kept doing ultrasoundsand kept taking blood to keep an eye on my hcg levels. My hcg levels kept rising but ultrasound kept showing nothing but as my hcg levels in my blood kept rising they were happy and they sent me home. I kept having ultrasounds and blood tests. When they saw the baby on an ultrasound They were happy and said I was definitely pregnant that was when I was 5 weeks and 3 days, I'm now 21 weeks. So good luck hope all goes well for you
