Chiroprator! I swear by it. I tried EVERYTHING! Essential oils to pain meds, i was getting massages every week and taking an epson salt bath evey night and nothing helped. So i decided to try chiro care and it has been life changing! I was in so much pain to sit, to sleep, to walk. My leg would go numb and my hips hurt so bad. I thought it was sciatic nerve pain and so fid my obgyn but turns out i had a tilted pelvis which was fixed with chiro care. It is worth a try!

Hey I'm 30 +6 and  I've been in pain since about 15 -16 weeks this pregnancy.  I've been getting physio once every  one to two weeks.
I didn't have until  the end of my fist pregnancy.  It's much worse this time around .
My doctor wanted me to finish work  at few weeks ago . I'm trying to hold out until Christmas.

Hello,

It's sound like pelvic girdle pain.  I suffer from this as well. It's very sore and uncomfortable.  I've been getting physio and it helps. It won't take the pain away but it will manage it.

I had it with my first pregnancy and have it much worse now on my second.  I have to use crutches.  Sleeping is difficult.

If I were you in would tell my doctor I cannot wait a few weeks for an appointment.  Insist on one ASAP. The longer you wait the more pain you will be in.

Also get a gym ball this helps me. The physio can show you some exercises you can do while sitting on it. I also use a tennis ball . I roll it along my lower back against a wall. If I feel a pain I stop rolling it and just lean into it until the pain lessens. I was told to do this by the physio.  Hot baths and hot water bottles also but don't put the bottle on your bump. I hope this helps.

I hope you feel better soon
