Perineal massage
How often have you had your partner give you a perineal massage to help with labor?
How often should that area be massaged? I did get a episiotomy with my first baby and the healing was painful. If I can avoid another episiotomy then I will try. Let me know..

This is something you can do for yourself, your partner doesn't have to do it.

Often it truly helps with labor!!
I'm going to say zero times. Hell, my hubby hardly lays a finger on me except to touch and kiss on my belly much less touch me in other more erogenous places..lol.
