Pimples 1st trimester

hi ladies! I'm a ftm and I'm 8 weeks.. I'm suffering with pimples all over my body! Chest, back, shoulders and butt, even a couple on my elbow and hips... Gosh it's embarrassing ... Does anyone know how to deal with them?

The only thing that helped me was washing my face and shower at least TWICE a day! Also started exfoliated my face and body every other day and used lotion for sensitive skin. If your breaks out are from bacteria, this will clear them. If it's hormonal there's not much you can do. Oh! And make sure you stay hydrated!! The more water, the better. Not just for clearing breakouts but for everything else (constipation, etc) too.

I have had horrible skin like im a teenager all over again... what i have found helpful is natural remedies... i clean my skin with a combination of sweet almond oil and castor oil and moisturize/treat my acne with coconut oil mixed with lemon, lavender and tea trea oils... my skin is now better than its been in a long time

I had some decent back acne and face pimples first trimester but they all went away 2nd trimester... It's purely new rushes of hormones that are causing it... Nothing you put on your skin will help and no hormone/drug treatment will be safe for pregnancy. It's just something you have to ride out... Hopefully your hormones settle soon and you get back to normal!

I went to the dermatologist but they said you can't do too much. There are only 2 prescriptions that you can use during pregnancy.
