So i knew the instant i conceived ill be four weeks on friday, and this is gonna be my first, what worries me is how long does the implantation bleeding usually last? Im not having pains other than the soreness of my uterus stretching.... but will it stop at four weeks after my prego hormone is high enough? Anyone have similar worries and honestly im jus lost on how it is to feel prego without freaking out lol

Have you actually taken a pregnancy test and gotten a positive? Or are you just guessing?

I was tracking pretty carefully and i still don't know what day i ovulated. Never had an ovulation test read positive, i have allergies, so it was hard to tell if cervical mucus was from ovulation or just my body getting creative with snot, and i was taking allergy meds, so if it was dryer on some days if i needed decongestant to breathe.
Anyway that is the month i got pregnant.

And implantation bleeding varies, only 30% of women get it. I thought i was just having really bad pms, tested at what i guessed was 16 days pasted ovulation and got a positive, and my symptoms have stayed the same since, i'm 9 weeks

Im sure she didnt mean the exact moment the sperm entered the egg. Like I said women can know what day they conceived on, regardless of how many days the sperm can live the egg is only good for maybe 24hrs. How do you think women with fertility issues get pregnant? They dont guess on what day ovulation occurs. Lol

Most women cannot feel when they ovulate, yes they have prediction sticks and what not but they are just an estimate as well, still if you are having frequent sex, sperm can live for up to 5 days so its difficult to know for sure, and certainly not the instant it happened.

Its entirely possible for women to know when they conceived.  Many women track ovulation with kits and some women can actually feel when they have ovulated.  The egg is only viable for 12 to 24hrs so its entirely possible she knows what day she conceived on.

When I got pregnant with my first I had what I thought was a period. I bled for about 3 or 4 days and it looked just like how my periods always were, light to moderate and about 3 days. I took 4 tests at home and all said negative.  I didnt even know I was pregnant until I wad already in my 2nd trimester.  As a matter of fact my 1st ultrasound I found out what I was having (I was 17w with a boy).

You never know when you conceived... Drs can give you an estimate but there is no way to tell for sure.

I have heard of some women bleeding into 9 weeks. I am not 100% but very light bleeding is normal as long as it isn't accompanied by serious cramping and.blood.clots. Hang in there and try not to sweat it all...
