What can I do to raise my count? I'm 38+1and its being tested weekly, and this week it rose three points but otherwise its been lowering. Is there anything I can do to raise it?

Did the anesthesia team at your hospital say they won't place an epidural? Cause I know some will as long as they aren't below 100.

My doctor has started talking about the possibility of inducing sooner, and minimizing my delivery options. I know I won't be able to have an epidural. I wasn't sure if I was going to want one in the first place but I wanted to keep my options open just in case.

You could try staying away from processed foods and sugars and eat green leafy veggies and high antioxidant foods. Some women just suffer from thrombocytopenia (low platlets) in pregnancy and no matter what you do you can boost them naturally. Is your dr worried?

No. My blood pressure has been fine throughout my whole pregnancy.
