Please Help =^\...Does/Did This Happen to You??

Hey everyone. I'm currently 7 weeks and I'm also a ftm. I try to eat, but on most days I don't have an apoetite to eat much. I feel tired and my low back aches (around my tailbone/coccyx). I do drink a lot of water, but whenever I do eat something, it leaves my mouth feeling dry at times and it leaves a nasty taste as well. Even after I brush my teeth, the taste is still there...or at least it seems that way. Not too long after, I feel as if I have to throw up, because of the taste that is in my mouth. Is there something that I can do??

Crackers, ginger ale with real ginger, mineral water, preggy pops, tums...these should help settle your stomach if not talk to your doc when you go for your first visit. Tylenol, heating pad or ice pack can help with the backache. Tiredness should subside a bit after 12 weeks unless you become anemic, but will return later in pregnancy... As far as the funky taste I use gum to help.

I was like that for few months!  Totally normal, just eat saltine crackers, cheese, or something small with protein. Stay hydrated, sometimes few sips of apple juice helped ease that.  That nasty flavor doesnt go away, it comes n goes throughout pregrancy..got to carry breath mints, gum, or.mouth wash. Lower bkpain from doing too much b pressure from baby. Youre tires bc not eatting enough
