I started feeling really small movement a around 19 weeks. I'm now 21 weeks and feeling a lot more. Some hard enough to feel on te outside. I love that she has a little schedule. She kicks the most around 10p a night when I'm laying in bed lol.

I was pretty far along with my first before I felt anything.  With my second I felt it about 12 weeks or so, only because I knew what to feel for.  Here is some good advise....after you eat lay down and rest...either in bed or on the couch/chair...you will start to fell some flutters or gas bubbles...inside your belly...you can't really feel anything with your hand on your belly yet.  Give it time...but that is always when I felt mine move...

15 weeks with my first.. I drank some really cold chocolate milk before I got in bed and was on my side.. Right as I was about to doze off, I felt the first flutter. It felt so strange but it made me happy.. :)

With my first 3 kids,  I felt movement around 16 wks.  But now I am 18 wks and I barely feel anything.  The movement isn't consistent yet.  I guess this baby is lazy lol (or maybe a bit smaller than my others) I'm not really sure.  But at 16 wks,  drs don't expect you to feel  movement.  So I wouldn't worry if I were you. You still have a few weeks before you "have" to feel something.
