Is this pre-labor?

Hi ladies,

I am currently 39+5 days. Last night I had 2 hours of false labor (cramps and shooting pain in my lady bits). I tried to lie down and sleep but couldn't, however the cramps and shooting pain stopped around 8 am and I was able to go to sleep until about 12pm. I tried to lie back down and relax because I felt like crap but could sleep so I got up and got some food around 1pm. Ever since about 2pm I have had this dull consistant cramp in my lower back (almost more in the left side of my butt) every now and then I get an additional cramp more like a contraction to accompany the consistant cramp. I really have no way to time this, because the consistant cramp doesn't go away and it doesn't get any stronger and the "accompanied cramps" come and go randomly. Is this pre-labor? Labor? What's going on with me? Anyone else experience something similar? I lost my mucus plug a few weeks ago and when I went to the doctor last Thursday I was 1cm dilated and 70% effaced. I am a FTM with a high pain tolerance and I am wondering what the heck is going on.I am also due to have my little girl this Friday. Any advice/input would be appreciated.
